Katherine (Kay) Black Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine (Kay) Black (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Black (Swede); her daughter Marlette Black; and her granddaughter Jessica Metcalfe (Zielke). She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Black, Debi Reinhardt (Rick), Robert Black (Yolanda), Daryl Black (Cheryl Neufeld) and Ron Black (Chris); her grandchildren, Jennifer Appleby, Amy Black, Alyssa Urness (Garret), Katherine and Robert Black; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Taylor Appleby and Bella Urness; and her sister Dorothy Harty (Math).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories.
