He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Teresa; and his brothers, Maurice, Kenneth and George.

He is survived by: his wife Anne Brereton; his sons, Anton (Apryl), Colin (Ginette) and Kevin (Monica); his granddaughters, Natasha, Sophie and Amélie; and his brothers, Winston, Lincoln, Allister, Jerry, Ronald, Anthony, Junior and Desmond.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Julian's name to the University Hospital Foundation or the Salvation Army.
