He was predeceased by: his parents, Valerie and Arnold; his son Blayze Jared; and his brother Trevor. He is survived by: his wife Marie; and his children, Alvin, Kieyra, Damian, Keenan, Danica and Dustin.
Interment at Fort Steele Cemetery, Cranbrook, B.C. Donations in memory of Jeremy may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute for their compassion and love.
