It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Fukuyama (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennifer Fukuyama to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Robin Smith; and her grandparents, Stan, Babs Smith, Bert and Odile Lesburg.
She is survived by: her children, Julian and Megumi; her mother Rachelle Smith; her brother Greg Smith (Candice); her nephews, Jake and Max; the father of her children Ryu Fukuyama; and her friend Shay. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (52356 Range Rd 232, Sherwood Park, AB T8B1B8).
