She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tiahlo and Irene Tiahlo of Bonnyville; her husband Arlen Thompson (Art); her sisters, Julia Pryde and Elsie Filipchuk; her brothers-in-law, Robert Pryde, William Filipchuk and Ken Lindbeck; and her nephews, Wendell Tiahlo and Sheldon Lindbeck.

She is survived by: her son Robert Thompson; her grandchildren, Jack and Josie Thompson; and her siblings, Melvin Tiahlo (Angeline), Marion Chwyl (Fred), Gloria Lindbeck and Jeanette Campbell (Ian).
