He is survived by: his mother Pam; his brother Derek (Ashley); his nephew Eric; his aunt Rhonda; his uncle Terry Lolacher; his cousin Brianne; his niece Shaelynn Lolacher; and his cousin Colin Teiha (Melissa). He is also survived by many other relatives, co-workers and friends.
