He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Mary (Kucy). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his sons, Terry (Roxanne) of Sherwood Park and David (Kala) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Amanda (Shawn), Tyler, Daniel and Christopher; his great grandchild Karson; and his siblings, Janet Carpenter of Edmonton and Ted Komick of Kelowna, BC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and on Jerry's request a Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 8th, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, 52356 Range Road 232, Sherwood Park, AB. (South of Wye Road, on Range Road 232) In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made directly to Parkinson's Association of Alberta.
