He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Corey Carlson (Carmen Heisler) of Wainwright and Rhonda Newman (Corey) of Cochrane; his grandchildren, Brett, Devin Carlson of Wainwright, Derek Newman (Lauren) of Cochrane and Megan Newman (Dillon Newell) of Paradise, NL; his great grandchildren, Everett, Kenneth Newman and Lila-Rose Newell; his siblings, Don Carlson (Diane), Brian Carlson, Al Carlson (Marlene), Irene Starko (George), Brenda Lewis (Wayne) and Tim Carlson (Karen); his mother-in-law Beatrice Kenzie; and his siblings-in-law, Art Kenzie (Judy) and Kathy Cusack (Dorcey). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
