She is survived by: her husband Leo Mulder; her children, Chris Mulder (Ally May) and Kim Mulder (Brett Waldren); her grandchild Cailyn "Cam" Mulder-Waldren; her sister Darcy Houston (Sly Houston); her mother Fern Grey; and her adoptive father John McCuaig.
However, in lieu of flowers, Mindy has requested donations to animal charities, such as the Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS, at https://www.scarscare.ca) or your local SPCA.
