He is survived by: his sister-in-law Imgard Hemmerling; his nieces and nephews, Ursula Vanscoy (Bob), Judy Hanson (Gary), Janice Appleton (Mike), Joanne Rembowski (Jeff), Joanne Sandel, Hartmut Hemmerling (Marlene), Harry Hemmerling, Mark Hemmerling and Brian Rembowski (Evelyn); and his sibling Michigan.
