He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer; his parents, Joseph and Agnes; and his father-in-law Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Kelsey (Sheryl), Monica (Gregory), Christopher (Natasha) and Nicholas (Marlee); his grandchildren, Ethan, Jaden and Benjamin; and his brothers, Wayne David (Carla) and Dale David (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
