As Darlene departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Darlene. Though Darlene may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cockburn and Mary Gladys Cockburn; her husband Gerald; and her significant other Alan Frank (Hap). She is survived by: her sons, Kelly (Meagan) and Blaine (Sinead); and her grandchildren, Rylie, Jack and Aira. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (52356 Range Rd 232, Sherwood Park, AB T8B1B8).
