He was predeceased by: his daughter Terri Ward; and his brothers, George, Victor, Werner, Ruben, Arthur and Chester.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kegler; his son Richard (Teresa); his grandchildren, Owen, Wesley, Justina and Arlynd; and his siblings, Lorenz (Shirley), Roger (Joyce), Leona Matlock and Elvera Grotkowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be directed to Cross Cancer or Heart and Stroke.
