She was predeceased by: her former husband Kenneth Nelson; her parents, Samuel McCann and Evelyn McCann; her siblings, Margaret Alexander (Bill), Harry McCann (Germaine), Tom McCann (Irene), Bill McCann (Margaret), John McCann (Alice) and Hugh McCann (Joan); and her brother-in-law Rhinie Hensch.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Nelson of Sherwood Park; her children, Norman Nelson (Vivian) of Cold Lake, Lyle Nelson of Lutselk'e, NWT, Fern Nelson of Cold Lake, Marjorie Somers (Bill) of Winnipeg, Faye Skinner (Jim) of Cold Lake and Carol Kasper (Borden) of Cold Lake; and her siblings, Ralph McCann (Maxime) of Westlock and Marion Hensch of Fawcett, AB. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
