With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude Fontaine (Sherwood Park, Alberta), born in Québec, Québec, who passed away on August 9, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecile Gendreau and Robert Fontaine; his son Christophe; his siblings, Raynald, Lise, Carole and Jocelyne; his daughter Catheline; his sister Michelle; and his aunt Claire. He was also cherished by the many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to reading programs, libraries or food banks.
