It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Martin (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Martin; her daughter Wendy Steckly; her grandson Trevor Shantz; and her sons-in-law, Lorne Lehman and Rudy Gingerich.

She is survived by: her children, Myrna Boettger (Ken) of Tofield, Sherry Lehman of Sherwood Park, Pat Shantz (Don) of Manitou Beach, Sask, Colleen Gingerich of Mountain Home, Idaho and Lowell Steckly; her parents-in-law, Oregon, Merrill Martin (Sally) of Edmonton and Bryan Martin (Marylyn) of Stony Plain; her friend Barb Glenn; and her brothers, John Wenger (Bragg Creek), Rowland Wenger (Penticton) and Colin Wenger. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army in memory of Carol Martin.
