He was predeceased by: his brother Jack. He is survived by: his parents, Jim and Kit; his sister Tracy (Brian); his daughter Alyssa; his granddaughter Rosie; his nieces, Brianna, Adrienne and Raeleigh (Hazel); and also Dayle.

In lieu of flowers the family will be accepting contributions to assist his fiancé and her son in the Philippines.

“So sad to hear Cam had passed, he was a great card and he will be missed by all. I new Cam as a goalkeeper for the soccer team around mid 1980, s at Celanese, had many a great laugh with him and the team. He certainly new how to have a good time.
