With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Hougen in Sherwood Park, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pat Young and Jim Young; her husband Harold Hougen; her daughters, Marie and Ellen; and her brothers, Jim, Ed and Dave.
