He was predeceased by: his son Chris Guay. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Nicole van Kuppeveld (Gavin) and Robert Guay; his granddaughters, Sarah Papuga (Boris), Lauren van Kuppeveld (Mackenzie) and Carmen Relling; and his great grandchild Luka Andre Papuga. He is also survived by his brothers, sister, sister in laws, brother inlaws and their children.
