It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bert Whitten (Sedgewick, Alberta), who passed away on September 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Palmer; his son-in-law Ernie Palmer; his parents, Billy Whitten and Liz Whitten; his siblings, Norman, Effie, Lloyd, Bill, Mae, Ken, Don, Kay, Ruth and Harvey; and his pet Mikey.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Whitten; and his children, Pat Whitten (Rhonda), Elaine Patten (Lyle), Laura Barker (Wayde), Herb Whitten (Wanda) and Kathy Whitten (Troy Dubetz). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Bert may be made to the Sedgewick Cemetery or the Stars Air Ambulance.
