She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her grandson Byron; her parents, Vern and Pearl; and her sister LaVerne.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Young (Vern), Ken Dewdney (Jill) and Randy Dewdney (Glenda); her brother Jerald (Pat); and her sisters-in-law, Geraldine, Ruth and Joan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
