He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Craig; his sisters, Emmi (Jakob), Marei (Ernst) and Hedi; and his brothers-in-law, Hans and Ruedi.
He is survived by: his wife Katharina; his daughter Anna; his grandchildren, Sabrina, Amanda and Colton; and his sisters, Elisabeth and Trudi. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
