He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon and Ruby; and his grandson Blayne. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Nolan Bret, Brad (Kimberly), Penny Kennedy, Shelly Dewsnap (Derek) and Cynthia Lagimodiere (Chad); his grandsons, Bryce (Leanne), Ryan and Kirk (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Ethyn, Parker, Cameron, Andon, Brayden, Blake, Demrick, Jack, Brock and Hannah; and also, Elaine, Billy (Katelyn), Chastyn (Ricky), Erin, Sheldon, Chloe and Cash. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
