She is survived by: her husband Jim Jack of Sangudo; her children, Dale Jack of Sangudo and Nicole Jack of Sangudo; her grandchild Bailey Jack; her brother Ed Berry (Jacque) of Glenevis; her nieces and nephews, Travis Plummer, Curtis, Jordan Berry, Kristin Logan (Corey), Alexie and Annaca Berry; her great-nephews, Carter, Cooper Logan and Alec Berry; her great-niece Hayden Logan; and her extended family Brian Plummer (Wendy). She is also survived by cousins, friends.
