With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Pasquayak of Saddle Lake, Alberta, who passed away on July 3, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Herman Steinhauer; her siblings, Charlene, Gilbert, Koren and Robert; her niece Rhonda; her nephews, Brent and Ryan; her grandparents, Harisson, Marie Steinhauer, Lloyd and Emma Cardinal; and her father-in-law Albert Pasquayak.

She is survived by: her husband Earl; her children, Joshalyn Brighteyes (Fredrick Quinney), Daryl Jackson, Roberta Cardinal (Jamie), Lyle Whiskeyjack (Paula Hunter) and Roy Wychowsky; her grandchildren, Dylan, Cassie, Isley, Maci, Tate, Shelby, Shantal, Brooke, Steven, Samuel and Lyla; her great grandchildren, Miley, Matty and Blakely; her mother Rita Steinhauer; her siblings, Joyce Gladue (Curtis), James Steinhauer (Cathy), Vernon Steinhauer, Calvin Steinhauer (Leslie), Andrea Sparklingeyes (David) and Marshall Steinhauer; her mother-in-law Emelia Pasquayak; her siblings-in-law, Darryl, Dwayne, Roxanne, Joanne, Bev and Kyle (Alex); her close friend Irene Quinney; and her aunt Lavina Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews; all of her bingo friends.
