He was predeceased by: his parents, Zacheus and Betsy; his son Brian Stamp; his siblings, Eveline Pruden and Eric "Dempsey" Stamp; and his nephew Keith Stamp.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Stamp; his children, Peggy White (Ron), Shirley Whiskeyjack (Wilfred), Rosina Stamp, Joseph Stamp and Melvin Stamp (Jen); his siblings, Sam Stamp and Barbara Stamp; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Krupnik, Joanne Jackson, Charlene Houle-White and Jerry Houle. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
