She is survived by: her children, Shayla Mackinaw, Owen Mackinaw and Shae Mackinaw; her close friend Shawn Rain; her mother Delia Brertton; her grandchildren, James Stone, Jade Stone, Kylo Stone, Alizah, Izabella, Deliah, Jordan Jr., Serayiah, Destine, Serenity, Geoson, Seraine, Daziegh-Lee and Harlow Brertton; her siblings, Joey Brertton, Brenda Brertton, Shirley Steinhauer, Judy Brertton, Pam Scanie (Randy) and Jamie Brertton (Jeremy); her adoptive children, Jordan Brertton, Sarah Brertton and Terence Brertton; her sister Mary O. Cardinal; the father of her children Neil Mackinaw; and her aunts, Cora Houle, Eva Moosewah (Dennis), Linda Makokis and Cindy McGilvery. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
