She was predeceased by: her daughter Destiney Large; her parents, Mathew Cardinal and Elizabeth Large; her stepmother Rachel Cardinal; and her siblings, Josephine Large, Victoria Dion, Dena Bernard, Jean Whiskeyjack, Emily Moosewah, Nancy Cardinal, Sarah Cardinal, Raymond Cardinal and James Hunter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Large, Candyce BigChild (David) and Jamie Large; her grandchildren, Zoey, Dean, Layne, Rhythm, River, Ocean, Atreyu, Kano, Creea, Promise and Raven; and her siblings, Christina Cardinal, Irene Cardinal, Doris Cardinal (Emile), Valerie Padela-Cruz, Sophie Pearson, John Yewchin and Sam Cardinal. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.
