He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Annie Pasquayak and Lawrence; and his stepsiblings, Alana Blackstar and Shawn Swiftwolf.

He is survived by: his children, Draven and Kyra; the mother of his children Naomi Steinhauer; his parents, Carol Lewis and Walter Pasquayak (Hilda); his siblings, Dallas Cardinal, Brandon (Mary), Kaylee, Barbara, Roanne Large, Cherish Whiskeyjack, Sarah Large, Ty Cardinal and Dakota Lewis; his stepsiblings, Mary Swiftwolf and Sheldon Blackstar; and his grandmother Stella Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
