He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalie Steinhauer; and his sisters, Tina Steinhauer, Charlene Favel and Patricia Steinhauer. He is survived by: his children, Ashlynn and Sharone Moses; the mother of his children Lori Moses; his children, Kannan and Seth Desjarlais; the mother of his children Kristy Desjarlais; his grandchildren, Kannan Jr., Iris, Jaxon and Savanna; his father Henry Whitford; his siblings, Roberta Steinhauer, Charlotte Steinhauer, Vanessa Steinhauer and Malcolm Steinhauer; and his close friend Renee Steinhauer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
