He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Lester and Mabel Lester; his wife Joan Holt; his brothers, Jack and Bill Lester; his parents-in-law, Jack and Marie Holt; his brothers-in-law, Bob and Don Holt; and his sons-in-law, Bob Medway and Jim Nixon.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lester, Georgina Jarvis (James), Colleen Bara (Wayne), Barbara Medway, David Lester (Bonnie Osborn) and Kathleen Buie (Don); and his sisters-in-law, Arlene and Irene Lester. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rolling Hills Community Centre.
