He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Holkestad and Lillian Holkestad. He is survived by: his sons, Jake Holkestad (Bonnie) and Justin Holkestad (Erin); and his siblings, Dave Holkestad (Michele), Randi, Larry Holkestad, Lois Stang (Victor), Michael and Gregory.
