With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavern Leer (Rocky Mountain House, Alberta), who passed away on October 10, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sons, Clinton and Paul; his grandson Caleb; his parents, Clara Leer and Frank Leer; his parents-in-law, Beatrice and Alphonse Schneider; his brothers, Ben and Ken Leer; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald and Doug Schneider.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Schneider; his children, Marla (Kendall), Paulette (AJ), Shane and Tim (Janelle); his grandchildren, Jesse, Chad (Stephanie), Joshua (Kate), Madisen (Joel), Ryker (Amberly), Cassidy (Riley), Austin (Kailey) and Parker; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Liam, Katelyn, Ryane, Rozen and Owen; and his siblings, Mathilda (Bill), Annette (Jordy), Diann (Ed) and John (Jeanette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, seating will be limited, and masks will be required.
