He was predeceased by: his parents, Raoul Gagne and Eugenie Gagne; and his siblings, Lillian, Della, Anita, Irene, Theresa, Leo and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Gagne (Summers); his children, Gary, Anita, Sheryl and Sandra; his brother Raymond Gagne; his great grandchildren, Jayce Stone, James Stone, Keegan Walton, Leland Benum and Andrea Benum; and also Grandpa Joe. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Notice: Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers in Joe's name may be made to either the Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetic Association.
