He is survived by: his wife Karen DeBruyn; his children, Terah VanderMeer (Siemen), Deanna Hondebrink (Hendri) and Carmen DeBruyn; his grandchildren, Esther, Hailey, Natalie, Lorraine, Wyatt, James Hondebrink, Whitney, Rosalynn and Vanessa VanderMeer; his brother Peter DeBruyn (Trudy); his sister-in-law Wendy DeBruyn; his sisters, Valerie Beukema (Barry), Marjorie VanVugt (Mike), Jackie DeBruyn and Tammy Sauder (Dean); and his siblings-in-law, Trudy Salomons, Margaret Bouwman, Linda Routley, Edith Sutela, John OpdenDries (Nancy), Rose Campbell, Joyce Sewell and Dave OpdenDries (Sherri). He is also survived by Uncles; cousins, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
