Jack Perry Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Perry (Rocky Mountain House, Alberta), born in Elnora, Alberta, who passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Jacqueline Faye; his wife Mary Wilson; and his brothers, Norman Perry (Ellen) and Earl Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Burton; his grandchildren, Chelsey Borys, Britt Tan (Pierre), Kylie Burton (Elliott Kuss) and Jared Burton (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Lennox Borys, Remi and Ryo Tan. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Stollery Children foundation.
