He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Gurnick and Felix Gurnick; his siblings, Helen Martin, Michael, John, Luke, Adolph, Albert and Edward; his great-nephew Greg Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Martin and Mary Gurnick.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (5208 53 Ave, Rocky Mountain House, AB T4T1A1).
