She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Taskila and Emily Taskila (Hubl); and her sister-in-law Gloria. She is survived by: her children, David (Maury), Robert, Patty, Steven, Harvey (Meagan) and Sadie; her grandsons, Tyson and Garrett; her siblings, Pat Taskila and Irene Kasper (Lee); and her close friends, Mutt and Jeff.

If desired memorial donations in Fay's name may be made to the Diabetes Association or Heart and Stoke Foundation.
