Dorthy E. Sands Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorthy E. Sands (Rocky Mountain House, Alberta), who passed away on February 17, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ione Barnes and Bill Barnes; and her siblings, Frank, Willie, Jim, Chuck, Violet and Kathy.

She is survived by: her husband Chester; her children, Wendy Watson and Stacy Sands (Connie); her grandchildren, Carla Watson (Georges), Dustin Watson, Brittany (Bryn), Ashley (Marcel) and Ryan Sands; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Etienne, Elayna, Kylie and Aalayla.

For those wishing to make a memorial donation, they may be made in Dorthy's name to the Dialysis Unit at the Rocky Mountain House Health Centre.
