She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Scheular and Weaver Shuel; her husband Maurice May; her nephew Gerald Shuel; her nieces, Sharon Coderre (Shuel), Barb Shuel and Holly Van Vlissingen (Shuel); and also, Bruce Shuel (Gladys), Clarence Shuel (Louise), Hilda Salmon (Jim) and Dennis Coderre.
She is survived by: her children, Harvey May (Alberta), Ruth MacGillivray (Grant), Ed May, Millie Medin (Ed), Alice May and Stephen May (Marie); her grandchildren, Marion Cutshaw (Chris), Jennifer MacGillivray-Maciborsky, Belinda Davies (Ryan), Medin, Ryan MacGillivray, Keisha May, Alyssa May, Darren Grzech, Chance Helm, Rick Noble and Shaun Noble (Ava); and her friends, Shirley Hamilton, Alice Klassen and Ruth McLean. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, friends.
