Keefer Zoley Garnick Obituary
Keefer Garnick of Rimbey, Alberta tragically passed away at age 18.
Keefer was born in Red Deer, Alberta and lived all his 18 years in the rural Rimbey area.
He received his education at Rimbey Elementary and graduated from Rimbey Sr. High in 2017.
Keefer lived his life with a "give it full throttle" attitude…always passionate in his chosen sports of hockey, football and baseball.
Following his grade 12 graduation he went to work for Versatile Energy Services, learning the ropes of well testing and most recently with Grizzly Oilfield to expand his experience.
Keefer was the youngest of four children born to Zane and Denise Garnick.
He was predeceased by his father Zane Garnick (2015), grandmother Carole Garnick (2009) and grandfather Zoley Garnick (1991).
Keefer is survived by his momma Denise and her significant other Wayne Hunt, two brothers, Colemen and Dayne, sister Kelcie and sweetheart Tess Pearman. He is also survived by his grandparents Andy and Tina Scholing, aunties Carolyn (Tim) Clow, Nancy (Bruce) Boguski and Anita (Jerry) Pasman as well as numerous cousins, extended family and countless friends.
A celebration of Keefer's life will be held from the Peter Lougheed Community Centre in Rimbey, Alberta on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Reverend Marco Ste-Marie officiating.
