He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Spreadbury and Charlie Spreadbury; and his grandson Trevor Wedlund. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Ann Hettler (Mitch), Susan Wedlund (Dale), Lorraine Spreadbury (Wayne Pidsadowski) and Will Spreadbury (Carey); his grandchildren, Nicole Fauria (Ryan), Jenna Hettler, Allison Goodwin (Anthony), Bobbi Wedlund (Wade Kelly), Kelsey Wedlund (Cody Huber), Travis Wedlund, Tyson Pidsadowski (Rosalyn Fassnacht), Jayden Pidsadowski, Jordan Spreadbury and Kylie Spreadbury; his great grandchildren, Emerson, Easton, Liam, Rowan, Nixon, Keely, Ashlyn, Molly, Ava, Jax and Luka; and his siblings, Larry Spreadbury, Bob Spreadbury and Joan Moore (Gordon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends.
