He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felix Resta and Sylvia Resta; his wife Thelma Webb; his friend Jim Bend; his children, Patricia Anne Kooistra (Augie) of Washington, USA, Sherry Dawn Orr (Randy) of Blackfalds and Brian Anthony (Connie) of Pigeon Lake; his siblings, Gloria Vallette of Edmonton, Bruno Phyllis (Jim) of Carstairs and Silvio; and his siblings-in-law, Rilda and Wally. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
