With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Melnychuk of Redwater, Alberta, born in Holden, Alberta, who passed away on August 22, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Christian and Pauline Christian; and her siblings, Paul, John, Bill, Metro, Steve, Harry and Mary.
She is survived by: her sister Margret Mella of Stony Plain; her children, David Melnychuk (Bev) of Redwater, AB, Gary Melnychuk of Whitecourt, AB and Diane Rose (Bill) of Ponoka, AB; and also, Chloe, Brandie, Shane, Tammy, Stefanie (Tyler), Landen (Allison) and Kimberlynn (Adam). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church (South Holden), the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre - Long Term Care, or to the Alberta Diabetes Association.
