He was predeceased by: his stepson Carl Hansen. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Benson (Grant) of Alcomdale, Shawn Hansen of Spiritwood and Becky Hansen of Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan; his grandchildren, Jackson Benson, Ethan Hansen, Taylor Hansen, Nikolas Hansen, Lukas Hansen, Owen Hansen and Charley Hansen; his parents, Peggy Johnson and Cal Johnson; his brothers-in-law, Alan Schulz of Kamloops, Franz Schulz (Jackie) of Bowmanville and Graham Kucheravy (Shelly) of Cold Lake, Alberta; his sister Laurel Porochnavy (Garry) of Medicine Hat; his nieces and nephews, Austin, Devin and Jordin; his sisters-in-law, Marita Herrmann of Germany, Christel Chmelyk of Cold Lake and Dolores Truelove (Paul) of Newcastle; and his pets, Rosco and Pepper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
