He is survived by: his siblings, Angie Linden (Nick), Meg Shewkenek (Bill), Frieda Senger (Pius), Robert, Byron and Vic Steer; his wife Betty; his grandchildren, Deanne Steer, Brian Steer (Wendy), Janet Sumlak (Rick) and Mel Steer (Minnie); his great grandchildren, Angie Steer, Brandon Steer, Carson Steer, Janelle Sumlak (Janine) of Andrea Sumlak, TJ, Jaclyn Steer, Michael Steer (Robin) and Jennifer Steer; his brother Clifford "Cap" Steer; his sister-in-law Penny Steer; and his niece Lauretta Steer.
