He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Coulter and Betty Coulter. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald and Colleen; his children, Justin, Nadine (Riley) and Valerie (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kara, Jaxon and Bodie.
