He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan and Verna. He is survived by: his cousins, Julius, Lloyd and Lamont; his wife Suzanna; his stepchildren, Ineke Machnee (Dan) and Pieter Langstraat (Jodi Goodrick); his children, Colin, Aaron Langstraat and Sue Merry; and his grandchildren, Serina Blair and Lyfanwy Merry.
