He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Hanasyk and Max Hanasyk. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Shauna McGladdery (Kevin) of North Vancouver and Jason Hanasyk (Carola) of Red Deer; his grandchildren, Keira McGladdery, Lola and Bauer Hanasyk; and his siblings, Evelyn Hartel and Bernie Hanasyk.
