He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Morrill and Lee Morrill; his daughter Colleen Morrill; his siblings, Beulah and Dennis; and his half-brother Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Deborah Dillon, Connie Parker (Gordon), Chad Morrill (Shannon) and Cheryl Row (Kelly); his grandchildren, Marshal, Peter Parker, Jennah Ward (Todd), Justin Dunseith, Kaiden, Zander Morrill and Jaidra Russel; his great grandchildren, Zailin and Danika Ward; his siblings, Leonard, Maurice (Lil), Alfred (Carole), George (Lynn), Gladys, Audrey and Gwen (Steve); and his half-siblings, Sharon, Sandra, Carol, Jackie and Riley.
